Home building can be a confusing proposition when it comes to pricing and estimating the actual "hard" cost of your new home. At Eck Custom Homes, I take pride in my pricing policy because it is straightforward, and it is a turn-key program. While some builders will not include many of the variable items in constructing your new home, Eck Custom Homes always quotes a "turn-key" price. There will be no surprises, and no hidden costs; the price quoted will include all the "variable costs" and housing allowances.
